John Thom Construction Limited is a specialist construction company that presents itself in a hybrid fashion. We specialize in traditional block and steel construction of residential and commercial buildings as well as timber structures.

However, although a traditional construction company, we have expanded to offer a suite of additional in-house services, ranging from Project Management, Quantity Surveying to Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing services (Design and management) and Architectural, Structural and interior design services.

John Thom Construction have teams dedicated to executing residential, commercial and infrastructure development. We do design and build, management contracting, traditional methods of project execution.

Project Management

We have a cohort of professionals that are experts at delivering projects which exceed customer expectations. We specialize in making the construction process a seamless one, ensuring that projects are executed in a timely manner, within budget and at optimum quality.

Alternative Dispute Resolution

Our Chartered Arbitrators specialize in resolving contractual disputes using statues, precedence and case laws to attain resolutions that are in keeping with best practices.

Our Engineering team provides a wide range of services from pre-contract to post-contract for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Structural and Civil works which include designs, overlays and detailed working drawings.

Quantity Surveying

Our Quantity Surveying experience varies from large to small scale covering commercial, residential, civil and other projects. Our services ranges from the stage of pre-contract to post-contract and even the whole life costing of projects. We provide sound and accurate financial and contractual advice to our customers to the end of having them make informed decisions.
